Chai Syrup

What you need: 

3/4 cups vegan sugar
1 mug strong chai tea, 300 ml

What you do: 

At first you have to prepare a mug with chai tea. to get more flavour, let it rest longer than it is advised, I let mine rest for an hour.
Put the sugar into a pan with some of the chai tea and heat it. when the sugar caramelizes, add the remaining chai tea. stir and let it simmer for 5 mins.
Fill into a prepared bottle and enjoy! u can use it for chai latte, on ice cream or wherever you like it.
