Better then "Lay's" Plantain chips

What you need: 

1 plantain, sliced into 1/8-inch thick rounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste

What you do: 

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Coat baking sheet with olive oil and place plantain rounds on sheet.
3. Sprinkle salt over chips then flip chips to other side and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chips are crispy.
5. Let chips sit and cool for about 5 minutes before eating - boom a delicious and healthy snack. Enjoy!!
