Best Caesar Salad Dressing Yet

What you need: 

3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes

What you do: 

Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve on crisp lettuce, tossing well.
