Berry "Flu Shot" Smoothie!

What you need: 

4 cups frozen mix berries
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
2 cups pomegranate juice
2 sliced bananas
2 droppers full of black elderberry extract (optional)
1 tablespoon chia Seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon Vita Mineral Green (optional)

What you do: 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whiz up til smooth and serve.
It makes 4 - 1 1/2 cup drinks for my family.
It's ANTI-OXIDANT overkill with this drink. Betcha won't get a cold or flu with this drink in ya...lol
