Bean-Bulgur-Brocco-Mango Salad

What you need: 

2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup asparagus, chopped
1 cup cooked bulgur
1/2 cup cooked beans (rinsed and drained, if canned)
2 cups mango, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
pinch salt
1/2-1 teaspoon sugar

What you do: 

1. On stovetop, get a steamer going for broccoli and asparagus. When it's ready, steam broccoli and asparagus for 5 minutes.
2. Add steamed vegetables, cooked bulgur, beans, and the mango in a mixing bowl. Drizzle in the red wine vinegar, salt, and stevia/sugar.
3. Toss everything together so it's well mixed, chill and enjoy.
Source of recipe: I just threw this together one day. Yes, it's a simple bean-grain-vegetable-fruit salad, but I like the combination a lot. From my original blog post:
