Authentic Greek Salad

What you need: 

1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced into 1/8 inch half slices
2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1/2-1 small onion, cut in half and sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

What you do: 

Place all vegetables in a serving bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and seasonings, and pour on top of the veggies. Mix and serve!
So fresh, simple and yummy! I could eat it all day long!
Source of recipe: I'm Greek and this is my family's favorite salad passed down from generations.
