Banana Raisin Graham Pancakes

What you need: 

2 bananas, mashed
1 cup soy flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons milled flax seed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup soy milk

What you do: 

1) Mix together bananas, raisins, soymilk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix together the flours, flax seed, salt and baking powder. Blend together the wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
2) Pour batter by the 1/4 cup onto a hot greased grill. Flip when the sides are dry and the top starts to set. Cook until golden brown. Enjoy!
These pancakes are fairly sweet, and the sugar could be cut back.
Source of recipe: I wanted to make pancakes that were somewhat healthy, but I had bananas to use up...

these are the best im the only vegan in my family but they still loved the pancakes
