Banana Love

What you need: 

2 cups soy milk
2 sliced frozen bananas
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
couple dashes of cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons vegan yogurt

What you do: 

Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until combined. And enjoy right away.
This is the perfect breakfast drink or any time of the day pick me up!
A complete serving of fruit.
