Awesome, Easy Fruit Cups
What you need:
1 cup peaches, sliced or diced
1/2 cup strawberries, cut any way you like
2 chopped apricots
as much of any other fruit you like
2 tablespoon soy yogurt
2 tablespoon low fat granola (w/o raisins)
What you do:
Slice fruit into two bowls. (If you need more, add more, or substitute other fruit.) Sprinkle with soy yogurt and granola. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!!! :)
