Apple Cobbler

What you need: 

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup apple juice
3-4 sliced apples

What you do: 

Mix everything except apples and pour into a greased casserole dish. Add apples to the top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top (as much as you want) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.

as an upside down cobbler, this was just okay. First time I have put the flour mixture on the bottom.... and it was missing something in the mix.
I added sugar to the apple mix and that helped a little, but it just seems like there is something missing.
I may try this again and add sugar and some vegan butter to the flour.
