Scrumptious Acai Bowl

What you need: 

1 1/2 packs acai (buy it in the frozen section of health food store)
1 cup mixed berries (I use frozen raspberries, blueberries and marionberries, use whatever!)
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup soy milk (add small amounts to this if there's not enough liquid)
1 banana
1 cup vanilla almond granola (optional)

What you do: 

Throw all ingredients (except granola) into a blender and puree. It tastes much better when it's nice and smooth, but still thick enough to eat with a spoon. You can have it as a smoothie, or line the bottom of a bowl with granola, pour the acai mix over the top, then throw on another handful of granola and a sliced up banana on top. Enjoy!
