Blueberry Smoothie Breakfast
What you need:
1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
1 1/2 cup Soymilk
What you do:
Simply put 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 1/2 cup of soymilk in the blender and whala! Eat it from a bowl with a spoon. (Experiment with more or less soymilk to find desired consistency.)
Note: I tried this as a way to make myself eat more blueberries (which I don't particularly like & are a hassle to get fresh) because they are reportedly the single best pound-for-pound source of ANTIOXIDANTS. Anyways, I was amazed at how Delicious it was! It's like a really thick smoothie that you swear has sugar and other ingredients in it. It doesn't taste like blueberries. One more thing: Just remember to brush your teeth after you eat this because your mouth will be purple. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?
in the absence of frozen blueberries I used frozen black grapes, still good
mmm frozen blueberries, half a frozen nana, soya milk to cover plus a dollop or two of plain soya yoghurt, blitzed up - heavenly
I usually make a blueberry smoothie with frozen nana and soya milk; this morning I added a coupla tbsp of yofu plain yoghurt (needed to use it up!) and it was uber delish, erred on the side of just a tad sour, which I liked ... alot, but, frozen blueberries - why have i not tried this before?!
