Better than Whipped Cream Update

What you need: 

3/4 cup Silk soy milk - vanilla
1/4 cup + 3 tablespoon Better Than Milk soy powder - vanilla
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon rice syrup
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

What you do: 

Blend together soy milk, milk powder, extracts, and rice syrup. Let set for 5-10 minutes to fully dissolve. Blending on high, slowly drizzle in oil then lemon juice.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I think if you use powdered sugar instead of rice syrup, and a couple packets of "whip it", this would probably be fluffier and perfect.  They sell 'whip it' in my commissary, and if they sell it at a commissary I figure it's pretty easy to find.  It would either be in the baking section or the 'international' aisle.  This is what it looks like:
