Rice Milk Concoction

What you need:

1 pound of brown rice spaghetti
3-4 quarts/liters lightly salted water
sweetener of choice
vanilla
cinnamon and nutmeg, if desired

What you do:

Boil the pasta as usual. (We use Trader Joes brand, which works great for this.) Make sure not to add too much salt to the water. Put a colander in a large pot and drain the pasta into the pot so you keep the water. It should be pretty starchy looking. While its still warm, sweeten and season to taste. Let it cool while you eat your pasta. Store in the fridge.
You can make as much or as little as you want. Freeze extra milk. Theres no xanthan gum or carrageen in it to keep it from settling, so shake before using.
