SO HOW'D IT GO?

OMG, this was SO delicious! I made a small adjustment with the fruit as I wanted to use fruit from my garden. I used 5 small plums and about 4 large nectarines. I did use the amount of berries that the recipe calls for. I also didn't have any wheat germ, so to replace that I used 2 T almond flour, 2 T crushed flax seed, and 2 T rolled oats.

BTW, the almond extract is what puts this recipe over the top-fantastic!

I love it.  I just used fresh peaches from my grandma's backyard and fresh blueberries that I picked today.  It's not too sweet and greasy (like other pies and crisps I've had).  The topping was light - A nice dessert for summer.  I reccomend it!  ;)b
