Ice Berrie Shake
What you need:
1 banana (cut up)
1/4 cup ice cubes (in small chunks)
1/2 cup frozen berries
sweetener to taste
1/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup apple juice
What you do:
Place ice cubes in blender first then cut up banana, frozen berries, sweetener (to taste), soy milk, and apple juice. Blend until fruit and ice are crushed.

This was amazing. I'm usually not a fan of stuff with soy, but the fruits & fruit juice really balanced out the flavor here. I'm addicted. I'm gonna try to make this every day now :-) It's so yummy that you can't even tell that it's healthy. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe!
This was good, I do smoothies just about every day. I found it did not need sweetner. To me it was better with a little lime juice. Also, maybe it is my blender but I had to add a little extra liquid (I just did water and lime juice) to get it to blend properly.
I found this recipe last fall and I make it almost every single day. SO DELICIOUS!
oh ok I was like I have NEVER seen frozen bananas. haha
oh and your picture looks amazing
you can buy frozen bananas????
