Whole Wheat Flour Cake

What you need: 

3/4 cup soy yogurt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sifted whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon oil

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Beat soy yogurt and sugar together until well blended. Add flour, baking soda, and oil.
2. Beat well. The mixture will be thick, so don't worry, it doesn't need anything else.
3. Bake in a greased pan for 45-50 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. It's very healthy cake!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

so.....i made these and i added a li'l apple sauce, some blended strawberries and pineapple....and it turned out horrible....what did i do wrong?  :-[

Is this recipe good and delicious and decadent....can you describe it....it doesn't have many comments but the ratings are good.  I was just wondering?
