Whole Wheat Flour Cake
3/4 cup soy yogurt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sifted whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon oil
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Beat soy yogurt and sugar together until well blended. Add flour, baking soda, and oil.
2. Beat well. The mixture will be thick, so don't worry, it doesn't need anything else.
3. Bake in a greased pan for 45-50 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. It's very healthy cake!
