Triple Berry Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup plain or vanilla soy milk
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon flax oil
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries

What you do: 

Blend in blender and enjoy!
