Smoothie Reward

What you need: 

Must have ripe bananas already frozen, 3-4 average size in a freezer zip lock bag. They will keep for quite a while.
Fill Blender halfway with soy milk, we like vanilla enriched, or Rice Dream.
3-4 heaping tablespoon of carob-Better Than Milk brand found at most health food stores.
2 tablespoon peanut butter, adjust to your taste
1/2 teaspoon Roma (coffee substitute) optional, but good

What you do: 

Put everything in blender except bananas and blend to mix, then add bananas, breaking them in pieces. The more bananas the thicker, check with spoon to make sure there are no lumps. This really bogs down the blender but it is oh so good. A perfect way to end the day. Enjoy.
