taste no tofu

What you need: 

1 yellow onion(slice)

1 teablespoon olive oil

2 cucumbers or zucchini(slice)

1/2 pound mushroom(slice)

1-(12oz) firm tofu

1 red bell pepper(slice in cubes)

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon of sage

1/4 teaspoon of oregano

1 teaspoon soy souce

What you do: 

FIRST: In the frying pan dry the tofu just until almost all of the water is gone stir in the soy souce and sit a side.

NEXT: hit the oil in the pan in medium hit stir in onion just until soft.

          Add the mushroom for 5 minutes and add all reamaining ingredients

          cook until the vagetable are soft and only little bit water left.

              add the seasoning.

        good to have a garlic bread and injoy.
