SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was ok. We love gooey nut butter sandwiches to the point where they stick to the roof of your mouth. This was fluffy, but too much tofu filling. We used almond butter, so it was a little blander probably than peanut butter and ate it with all fruit fig preserves, which made it taste more flavorful. It might be good to mix the tofu with peanut butter, garlic, crushed red pepper, and soy sauce to make an Asian peanut sauce for stir fries.

This was awesome.  I changed it a bit.  I added one jar of natural peanut butter and one brick of silken firm tofu to my blender.  Blended on low and high until fluffy.  Everyone loved it!  Thanks  ;D
