PawPaw's Apple Salad

What you need: 

6 cups nondairy yogurt (peach, strawberry, or raspberry)
6 medium apples, chopped
1/4 cup nuts (soy, walnuts, or pistachios)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 sprig mint, minced (optional)

What you do: 

In a bowl, combine yogurt, apples, nuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir thoroughly. Garnish with mint.
Source: My father created this one day while baby sitting for my son, and every time JP sees my father, he grabs an apple and brings it over to him,saying "Sal-lud".
