Simple Fruit Salad

What you need: 

2 apples, chopped
2 large stalks celery, chopped
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 (6-ounce) containers favorite nondairy yogurt

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; evenly mix.
