Refreshing Fruit Salad

What you need: 

1 apple, chopped
1 peach, peeled and chopped
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sweetened coconut
1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
2 teaspoons fresh spearmint, minced (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar

What you do: 

Toss it all together and enjoy!
