Oni's Simple Choco-Nutty, Coconut-Toffee Cookies

What you need: 

1 1/2 Cups Flour (I used brown rice)

1 Cup of Raw Nut Butter (I did 1/2 almond, 1/2 peanut)

3/4 Cup Sugar (I used coconut)

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Toffee Pieces (I used coconut peanut butter)

1/4 Cup Oil (I used coconut)

1 Tsp. Vanilla

5 Cinnamon Shakes

 

Preheat oven to 400 F.

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. (I like to do so with my hands.)

Place 2'' balls on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes & enjoy!!

 

 

I also saved a bit of the batter, and let it cool in the fridge. They taste super yummy uncooked too!
