Nutritious Papaya Yogurt Shake

What you need: 

1 large ripe papaya
a handful of walnuts
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons rolled oats or rye
1 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cup yogurt (use vegan version)
water to taste

What you do: 

Clean and peel papaya. Put in blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend!
