Jake's Scrambled Eggs

What you need:

1 pound firm tofu
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons bragg's or low sodium soy sauce
pepper, to taste

What you do:

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, crumble the tofu straight out of the package.
2. Add all ingredients and mix around with fork, until everything is evenly coated.
3. In an oiled skillet, cook the "eggs" for about 8 minutes on high heat, you'll know they are done when the "eggs" brown just a little.
Serve immediately!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

To Vegijeni,
I haven't made this particular recipe yet, but I do know that sometimes if you "overcook" the scramble you have the potential to dry it out. Since they are not real eggs, you really don't need to cook them that long. I'm looking forward to eating this this morning, hopefully mine will be moist too because the picture looks terribly delicious. Hope this helps.
