Amazing No-Cook Tomato Pasta Sauce

What you need: 

2 beefsteak tomatoes, quartered

1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons de-shelled hemp seeds (aka hemp hearts)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon capers

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

pinch basil

pinch parsley

 

What you do: 

Put all ingredients in food processor, blend.  Taste it, if it needs anything, add it.

Pour over your pasta or pasta substitute of choice. Add a sprinkle of nutritional yeast with a dash of salt on top, and you've got some seriously tasty sauce.
