About the IUD, I would say the diva cup is a whole lot better than the Instead Cup (google it, it's a disposable menstrual cup), because it sits lower and in a different position.
I would say to practice caution with the IUD and the diva cup. While I am absolutely certain the diva cup can be used without dislodging the IUD, I also think that it is very much possible to dislodge it if you are not careful.
