Weekly Giveaway: VegNews Holiday Cookbook! oncewerewesties is the winner!

I've talked a lot about delicious holiday foods in this newsletter. No reason to stop now! VegNews recently released their VegNews Holiday eCookbook (http://vegnews.myshopify.com/collections/books/products/vegnews-holiday-cookbook), and it couldn't be more amazing. Packed with 35 editor-tested-and-approved recipes like Tal Ronnen's Pumpkin Seed Battered "Chicken" with Cranberry Cabernet Sauce, Allison Rivers Samson's Roasted Vegetable Pastry, Robin Robertson's Crispy Latkes, and Beverly Lynn Bennett's Pumpkin Cake with Vanilla Buttercream, you'll want for nothing this season. Except maybe seconds? Perhaps thirds?

For your chance to win a copy, let me know what's on your Thanksgiving menu!

Giveaway ends Tuesday, November 29 at midnight, winner will be selected randomly.

Good luck!

We are having (all vegan food too. Some of it my dad is making, the rest I am making):
-Tofurky
-Gravy
-Stuffing
-Cranberry pecan rice
-Green bean casserole
-Sweet potatoes with pecans
-a potato dish my sister is bringing that will be vegan too since she is vegan
-homemade bread if I have time to make it tonight, if not, then some kind of refridgerated rolls to put in the oven

For dessert:
-The Ultimate Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe from this site (never made it before but it had rave reviews saying it tasted like pumpkin pie)
-my dad's apple pie
-my sister is making the PB Chocolate Vanilla cheesecake from VegNews (it's her husband's bday tomorrow too, so that is his bday dessert). I highly recommend that cheesecake if you have never tried it.

I can't wait until tomorrow!

Thanks Laura!

I actually already have this book from 2010 though, I didn't realise it wasn't a new edition!  So if you want to re-draw the giveaway and pass it on to someone else, I don't mind! : )
