Parma (www.eatintheraw.com) is a nutty, cheesy, rich condiment that can be tossed on top of anything and make it ten times better. It is is my latest obsession. I was introduced to it during lunch at VegNews, where it is an office staple/addiction. They put it on everything, from popcorn to salads to pasta, and have made me a true convert/obsessed crazy person. I'm now buying it in bulk. I wish that were a lie. We're giving away a fabulous Parma gift pack, with huge 7-ounce jars of Parma and a super-cute cotton tee emblazoned with the Parma logo. Want!

I would top anything & everything with this. I've wanted to try it for AGES, but I'm too cheap. It sounds amazing.
I'll say... Pasta & lasagna, for starters, even though that's predictable.
My Wife and I have wanted to try these Forever, but have not yet ordered them.
We have a Huge List of what to put them on, but I think I am going to choose...

One of my favorite recipes from this website is the "scary authentic stroganoff." We make it all the time with lots of mushrooms. Parma would be an excellent topping -- can taste it already.
