Weekly Giveaway: Parma Gift Pack! the winner is treehugger5!

Parma (www.eatintheraw.com) is a nutty, cheesy, rich condiment that can be tossed on top of anything and make it ten times better. It is is my latest obsession. I was introduced to it during lunch at VegNews, where it is an office staple/addiction. They put it on everything, from popcorn to salads to pasta, and have made me a true convert/obsessed crazy person. I'm now buying it in bulk. I wish that were a lie. We're giving away a fabulous Parma gift pack, with huge 7-ounce jars of Parma and a super-cute cotton tee emblazoned with the Parma logo. Want!

For a chance to win a copy, let us know what you'd most like to top with Parma!

Contest ends on Tuesday, November 3rd at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random!

One of my favorite recipes from this website is the "scary authentic stroganoff."  We make it all the time with lots of mushrooms.  Parma would be an excellent topping -- can taste it already.

I would like to sprinkle it over sauteed spinach, garlic and onions, or maybe some homemade garlic bread too.

I make a killer eggplant parmesan (fried white or purple eggplant dipped in soy milk, flour and flax seed "eggs" with homemade red sauce).  I usually use nutritional yeast blended with shaved almonds or a tofu mash ricotta-style "cheese."  I would be interested in trying Parma to add a new flavor to my recipe!

Hmm...I'm thinking either on a pasta bake of sorts...or maybe on a twice baked potato! Yum...or on garlic bread. I LOVE garlic bread...or maybe I could make a pesto! Oh so much to do with Parma...
