My new years resolution is to eat vegan as much as possible. I'm a long time vegetarian, so trying to kick the rest of the junk :)
The most common one ever - start a regular exercise program. Take care of my body not just by eating right but making it fit and healthy. I think this will lead to overall well-being.
Mine is to be a better mother and find more patience for my little ones.
