Weekly Giveaway: Kelapo cold-pressed organic coconut oil! baypuppy is the winner

We're still in the trenches as far as winter is concerned. Most of the Midwest is under a layer of snow, and the rest of the country is enjoying weather that ranges from freezing rain to frigid chilly. Ugh. Well, this week's giveaway has the opportunity to transport you to the tropics. We've got a 1/2-pound jar of Kelapo cold-pressed organic coconut oil to give to one lucky VegWebber. Coconut oil is amazing in that you can use it for everything from the sweetest smelling hair conditioner to baking up in game day brownies. Let us transport you to the tropics with a jar of this scrumptious oil.

For a chance to win, let me know what foods are keeping you warm this winter!

Giveaway ends on Tuesday, February 8th at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random! Must live in USA to win.

Good luck!

I've been making my own "chicken" soup with Not-Chick'n bouillon, noodles, carrots, frozen corn, seitan from the fridge and whatever else I have on hand, plus a dash of nooch at the end! Mmmmmmmsogood.

CHILI AND THAI CURRY SOUP. YUM!

We are freezing here in NH.  Total accumulation for January was 6 feet of snow.  Mother Nature has been delivering snow to us about every 3-4 days and it doesn't look as though it is going to let up any time soon.  Now is the time for spicy hot vegetarian chili, especially with the Superbowl this weekend!

I had never been one for chili until I found a recipe using sweet potatoes instead of meat...YUM!  Now we have it at least every other week.  We are also really big on 'clean the fridge' soup.  Of course, we always enjoy a nice, hot cup of tea!
