Weekly Giveaway: Ecotools overnight makeup bag! Courth is the winner!
Even though the theme of this newsletter is back-to-school lunches, we're not giving away a lunchbox. Why? Because what's even better than a lunchbox? A gorgeous overnight bag! And here's why: You can carry your lunch in it, and so much more! EcoTools by Alicia Silverstone Overnight Bag is perfect for a weekend getaway, vacation, or carting everything to school. It's made with natural hemp material, and lined with recycled plastics, so you can feel good about it. Plus, it's super cute. Honestly, I'm thinking of another name to enter this giveaway because I want this bag! If "Webmistress Raura" wins, please don't be suspicious. I've never heard of her.
To win the bag let me know what your favorite packed lunch is!
Giveaway ends on Tuesday, August 31st at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random!
Good luck!

My favorite packed lunch is fusilli pasta topped with lots and lots of steamed broccoli. Then I drizzle olive oil over it all, shake on some basil, sea salt, oregano and garlic. Add a vegan chocolate cupcake to it and I'm in heaven.
I like to take leftovers that I made for dinner the previous night. Everyone at work is always complimenting on how good my lunch looks.
Honestly, my favorite packed lunch is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I know it's boring, but I love my PB&J.
spring rolls with peanut sauce
PB&J!! Carrots:) Hummus.
My favorite bag lunch is split pea soup and peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Mmmmm delicious!
The best lunch for me is veggie sushi with some lemon-ginger sauce. It is full of vitamins and so nutritive, yummy yummy. An advantage it is so satisfying ...

my garbage salad (a version of chickpea salad) in a pita with a spinach salad - can't say I ever have to pack my lunch, but if I did, I'd go with that!
a salad sort of thing: shredded vegetables - "noodles" - with some chickpeas tossed in with dried cranberries. then i usually make some sort of spicy peanut sauce-styled dressing. its so tasty and filling and simple!
I like a little bag of nuts (right now I love pistachios!), some raw veggies or a piece of fruit, and some vegan chocolate for a snack :)
I like hummus and veggies, almond butter spread on a banana! :)>>>
Definitely would have to be a TLT (crispy tempeh, fresh lettuce, and tomato) sandwich. I've eaten my weight in them in the past few weeks they're so darn yummy.
That bag is awful purdy... ;)
veggie sandwhich with vinagerand salt and pepper on gluten free bread....yummy!
i love black beans and almost anything! But as a burger with red onions and something green is great! And some vegan potato salad! ahhh so good! And for dessert a chocolate walnut brownie. :D
tofutti cream cheese on a bagel, a piece of fruit, carrot sticks, and a cookie. thanks.
A sandwich that incorporates whatever food kick I'm on at the moment, accompanied by some little snacks I can eat if I get too hungry to wait for lunch. :D
I love what I've had for the past two days: cold slices of Black Bean Almond Loaf http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=33957.0 on toasted Trader Joe's Sprouted California Style Bread with sliced organic tomatoes, grilled onions, and dijon mustard. Mmm.
I don't have much time for lunch so it's usually the same thing every day with a little variation....... cherries /apple/plum / whatever fruit is in season, granola bar, tofurkey / fake bologna sandwich, lots of water and, since it's usually 90% humidity and at least 90 degrees here in Tally)....a frozen vitamin water. I'm able to get this down quick and then can think of the incredible food that will be for dinner!!!
I've never been a big lunch eater. Instead, I like to snack in between breakfast and dinner. So my "lunch" usually includes fresh fruit, dried fruit, raw veggies, crackers, and/or some sort of baked good (e.g. cookie, muffin, scone).
