Our VegWebber of the week, erinmonster5, is sassy, funny, and full of awesomeness! She is great on the board, contributes excellent insight to the recipes and she currently has my favorite recipe on VegWeb, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sweet Dijon Mustard Sauce ( I've made those suckers about 5 times now and I seriously cannot get enough. Where do you call home?  Indianapolis, IN

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb?  Not much :)  Hang out with my hubby and 2 precious doggies, watch movies and cook!

Do you have blog or website?  Nope

Do you tweet?  Nope

One unique thing should know about you?  I dance constantly.  At work, in the grocery store, while waiting for a machine at the gym, etc.

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!)  Knowing I'm doing the best I can to reduce animal suffering.

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb?  I'm the least romantic person you'll ever meet.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be?  Incredible Veggie Pot Pie and Curry of Fury (in a Hurry)

Favorite Holiday VegWeb recipe?  Death by Apple Pie

Best/Funniest/Most delicious/Most disasterous experience you've had making a recipe on VegWeb?  Most disasterous?  Me trying to bake is usually disasterous.  But I'm learning.  It's always scary when I start improvising.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet?  Hmmm, can't think of anything.

#1 Cooking secret/tip?  Drinking wine always helps.

Best music to cook by?  mid-90's punk and emo

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with?  My best friend Timmy that passed away, Andy Samberg, and Alec Baldwin (I'm sure this will change as soon as I actually start to think about it)

All time favorite restaurant?  Karyn's Cooked in Chicago - best vegan restaurant I've been to (I've only been to a few)

French fries or ice cream?  Definitely french fries!

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk?  Soy milk is fine for cooking, but almond for drinking.

Tempeh, tofu or seitan?  Tempeh, but tofu is growing on me.
