Wii Fit!

I know some of you out there have a Wii and Wii Fit, so let's talk about it!
We just got it yesterday, and I love it! I think it's so great, but all about how much you put into it. I love that I have so many choices...and a trainer! ;) Oh, and I love that I can weigh myself..and see my BMI...and have a goal. I'm doing it at least 30 minutes a day. Yay! ;)b

Have you tried running yet? I go at a steady pace, but my character just speeds up and slows down for no reason and causes me to get a bad score. ::)

Do you have the remote in your pocket?! That's key. I did it once holding the remote...and it wouldn't work, I kept really slowing down..but then I did it with it in my pocket...and it worked well.
Do you love it, over all? How long have you had it? Have you lost any weight (or whatever your goal is)?

I have held it in my hand and put it in my pocket and it did the same thing both times.
I bought it a few weeks ago. It's really awesome. I'm not sure how accurate it is, I've lost and gained weight drastically everytime I've used it. I used it two days in a row, and when I checked everything the second day, it said I had lost 4 lbs! :o ???
Of course, I haven't been very consistent when checking. I check when I get time to which isn't always at the same time.
I think we need to put down the little extensions for it since we are on carpet.
I give it a 10 for sure, though. Everyone go get one now!

The penguin balance game is nonvegan! I have to catch fish! Although...they don't seem to be going into my mouth..
are you a penguin in the game? if so, that seems vegan to me! that is what the penguins eat. heh heh.

I want one of those soo bad!!! I've never even played a wii whodingy before but the ccommercials look cool. haha. How much are they?
The Wii is $250-much cheaper than any other new system, and Wii Fit is...I forget...maybe $90? (at Gamestop)
We have a Wii, and it is SO much fun!! We can't play it right now cause we don't have a TV, but as soon as we get one, I'm definitely getting the wii fit.

I work at GameStop and Wii Fit, Mario Kart, and the Wii are the bane of my sanity. Heck, I can't even GET Wii Fit myself because it sells so fast when we receive them. Then, of course, people get mad at ME because we don't have it in stock. Well.... how do they think I feel? I got this job so I could buy more games! Poor little GameStop employees... left out in the cold... answering the question... "Do you guys have Wii Fit in stock?"....
No. No, we don't. AND I CAN'T BUY IT EITHER!

;) I guess you probably don't keep up with the aimless chat thread, but.....my husband works at Gamestop. hahaha
I know all about it, believe me. We just happened to get it all b/c he sold his PS3 to a friend, and then Gamestop just happened to get a few Wiis, Wii Fit, and MarioKart....so he got it all. It's the first time they've ever gotten them all at the same time! Yep. I know.
Oh, mannn! I want this!! But we haven't been able to find it. (But don't worry, we don't blame the GameStop people...)
I know that's not helpful. I'll write again when I have something more to say.
We don't have it yet. I put it off because I sprained my ankle REALLY bad and am still recovering. As soon as I get the green light, we are going to get it too. I'm hoping it will help me lose a "few" pounds! My kids are psyched about it too and anything that gets them to exercise is a good thing!
Yeah! So far..I can't praise it enough.
So, my goal is to lose 20 lbs in 3 months..I think (Wii Fit and biking). I'll keep you updated! ;)

Oh yeah, I've tried it all (that I have unlocked so far). You don't need a mat..just the board. I've never done yoga before this...so I dunno if a mat would be helpful for any of it..plus I don't have all the poses unlocked yet...but I don't think you need a mat. Warrior is my favorite...and tree is hard!
In the aerobic section, it has hula hoops...and the hula hoop challenge...those are hard, and quite the workout!
Oh, and strength training has a push up/plank workout..that's basically not possible..for me...at this point..
I've had my 1st Wii Fit injury...
I was trying to do the stupid push up/plank one...and I fell over while trying to do the right plank..and hit my heel on the cabinet...it wasn't serious though (just made a loud thump..).
The advanced step is so much fun! At first I was like, huh?! I get it now...I love it.
I can't wait to get one now! Hopefully they'lll be in stock soon. :)

What is wierd is the person on the BabyFit forum said that they got their WiiFit on the exact same day you said you got yours.

Maybe he/she got it at the Missoula GameStop! OoooOoooOOOh.
So last night, my bf and I were discussing getting a TV, cause I want to start playing my Wii again! He lucked out on getting a Wii, so maybe we'll be super lucky again and find a Wii Fit somewhere. And I just found out that we have a GameStop in out little town. And a Victoria's Secret. Who knew.
