Two fantastic fitness purchases!
I love, love, love these two items!!!
Plate Mates -- I got the 1.25 pound mates. These are wonderful for those muscles that you want to increase weight on, but not at five pound increments! I have a pair of funky dumbbells & the magnets on the plate mates are strong enough that they hold fine. On my other dumbbells, they fit perfectly!

Power Systems Weighted Belt -- I bought the 20# one. This belt if fantastic! It has 10 pockets around the outside that each hold a two pound sand pack. I started with six pounds & am up to 10 now. It takes walking hills to a whole new level -- like I had all that wieght I lost back around my middle again! The belt is very comfortable & cinches tight so it doesn't slip.

love the magnet weights; we have a home gym that works well for my legs, but geez, even on the lowest setting I can't get my arms to move!

great u found something u like. with me im going to buy all the ddr games i can find along with 2 playmats for the ps2 when i have the money to. lol, could probbably use the mats for other games (havent tried it that way yet), if that works then it would be a interesting way to play kingdom hearts (atleast the fighting part of it, u would have to use the regular controller for moving around).
