I just had a session of colon hydrotherapy and it went fabulous.  It was a little weird at the beginning, but, in the end, it was worth it.  I won't go into details though... ;)

So, the lady who I had was telling me how bad eating dairy was and what it does to the body, so now, finally, I'm going to give up dairy.  I'm so glad that I did this!

That wasn't too interesting, but............I thought I'd tell you guys.  ;D
