I just got a message from ChocSoyChica asking why she couldn't have access to the forums. It was badly spelled so I figured it was her. It only now struck me to wonder...if she's been banned from the forums how does she PM?
Why would she be banned from the forum?
In the message I recieved, the person said when she tried to access the forums she got the message "not allowed." That would seem to indicate a ban, to me. But then how could she PM?
therefore...there's something rotten going on here.

This is off topic but there have been a lot of new photos for the "raw" section and baking sections where I try to click on that photo or go to that recipe and it says I don't have access to it or something like that.
No recent spam messages, I think they forgot about me!

there have been a lot of new recipes coming in that were copied from other websites/not original recipes. admin has a special forum that members cannot see where they archive things like this (same happens, lets say, if someone posts a nasty thread and they remove it but you had a link a friend sent you). the "off limits" only comes up for these recipes. if they submitted a picture, it says in the photo system but you cannot see the recipe b/c it was moved. this is the likely reason one might have "off limits" messages - viewing pics and trying to see the related post.
otherwise, you should be able to see anything in the regular recipe and chat forums. if you click a specific recipe and it is off limits use the menus at the top to click to the category. if you can't see these recipes, then that is an issue to message laura about.
i am so confused. i tried posting some recipes in raw, and tried uploading photos but for some reason, it says the photo uploaded but didnt show it; so i dunna what's going on.. that was in the raw section. who's coping recipes? BP totally confused here, with the last msg...so can we still post to the raw section? :-/ confused...
