i got this idea from a ppk thread. it is always fun to hear and/or see people that we just know through typing, so if you aren't too camera shy... post something! i do have a youtube account, so eventually i will put up a video for you all, but for now you get an awful voice recording in which i complain and sound like a robot for awhile!

I would have elaborated on the one-eye lady..but I didn't have much time..plus, I was nervous about making the video..
She really is quite freakish. It's so annoying b/c the swing squeaks....every single swing of the swing...
She has a very young child...so, it's kind of scary. I don't think you want a one eyed lady, animal.
My shoe laces are hot pink..I dunno about neon..maybe. I think they are probably illegal for work...but they are comfy. My vegan shoes that I bought for work (and was wearing every day), however, are legal (all black), but NOT comfy. They kill my little toe..so I had to stop wearing them. :(
eta: Cakes! I watched all of yours. It was slightly..painful b/c my computer and/or internet kept stopping the video every few seconds..It was cute though. I liked it. I liked the few seconds-long pauses. Not that I only liked the parts where you weren't talking...just sayin'..I liked those moments when you were like thinking, or whatever.
Guh! I got a video, but it won't make a thumbnail AND it buffers a lot. I've noticed that some videos on YouTube buffer and some don't. What am I doing to make it buffer? When there's a video like this one, I let it play 'n buffer and with the volume down when I'm doing something else and then I go back and watch it.
I tried to tell ac a while back that my voice is girly, it's just the other audio make me sound smoother and deeper. This sounds more like me.

Nope. I'm not close in appearance to tino. I'm a stocky strawberry dark blonde. I'd love to have 1) a badass, lower voice and 2) a darker, edgier hair color. I could smoke and dye, but I guess I don't want it that bad.

ac, mildly Texan-ish I guess. I just thought southern...but I am not good with differentiating accents. Maine has sort of a Boston-ish (but not as severe) accent..unless you are from down east and then that is an accent all its own. ???
HH- not smoking...good idea. You could always use one of those semi-permanent dyes just to see what you think...: shrugs: and maybe an eye patch and a tattoo for the more badass appearance. Ftr, I think your voice sounded really nice...just not what I was expecting.

I made a fridge video! I think my accent is even more apparent....man...oh well.
I do need to add some commentary here though: I talk about the pickles that are gross...but I forgot to show the good pickles. My parents bring us Best Maid slices from Texas b/c they are the BEST. We have 3 jars of them...
and, I show you a container...but I didn't think about mentioning the fact that it's a container that Willwolf sent me..and I left the label on it!

That's funny. My voice makes me laugh. I think I scowl at work to compensate for my voice. If I tell someone they need to take corrective measures they often times blow me off, but then I scowl at them and they believe me. It's hard for me to be a badass over the phone.

Probably, sis. Like I said, most people say I don't have an accent. I think it comes and goes...I've probably tried to cover it up/erase it over the years, because I've always hated it..and my cousins (from Montana, ironically) ALWAYS made fun of me when I was younger. I might have some Northern-ish mixed in now...I dunno.

I should mention that it's over 8 minutes long...how annoying, huh!?

I know, I should right? But no. Those came from Trader Joe's because they're only $3-$3.30 a tub there for organic. At my HFS they're a bit more expensive.

Have you ever considered voice-over work? Your voice is very pleasing to the ear.
