OK--so I know there is a thread for packages--but I was so overwhelmed with happiness and love upon recieving my care package today that I just had to give Pineapple Princess her own thread where I can exhault her uber amazingness!!!!

Pineapple Princess, Thank you so so so so so very much for your love filled and generous package! It is so unbelievable cool, yummy and awesome!

I was actually walking by the mail boxes as the mail man was putting this package away--I instinctively knew it was my pacakage because I could feel  the vegan-ness vibrating off of it!

PP sent me the following treats:

Chocolate chip cookies
Lemon cookies
Sweet n' slaty n' spicy trail mix
Outrageously big bread
Pretzel chips
Lentil soup (to make)
"PP's Running Hits" CD
A sweet little bike accesory
Autism awareness bracelet
All the recipes were included too! (very nice touch  ;)b )

After taking the pictures I just riped into everything! I decided that care packages are, by defult, fat and calorie free! The cookies are oh so melt in your mouth good! I have no idea how you got them so soft! Truly fabulouse! The trail mix is beyond addictive! I could not stop eating it (and the craisins are really really yummy in it!). I also tried some of the pretzels! I will be eating some of the bread tonight with my dinner and then saving the rest of it for when I make up the soup later this week! I also put your CD on my iPod immeadietly and will be listening to it during my bike ride tomorrow--I can't wait--there are a ton of songs on there that I love and a few I don't know yet, I can't wait to rock out to it!!!!

OH! I forgot--on the outside of the box PP wrote the following:

"It's your VW package! Oh yeah! Treats inside!! Sweet, salty, sour! Spicy!!! Yummy! You've officially been adopted by the coolest vegan ever! You rock! Open up!!!"

I thought that was so cool and funny and sweet! PP, you are the coolest vegan ever and I am so greatful that you adopted me!
