to echo everyone - welcome! vegweb is so useful, this forum has been invaluable in my transition from vegetarian to vegan. you're definitely in the right place!

Thanks for the welcome everybody...wow, everyone is so nice. I'm looking forward to getting to know as many of you as I can. Also, I'm going to keep updating the weight loss thing. My next weigh in is September 4th, so I will give an update then. Anyway, thanks for all of the nice things you have said to me and for all of the help getting started here. :)
