Raw food advice wanted!

Hi all!

I am trying to be raw until dinnertime for a month.  Unfortunately I just dont know enough about raw to really make great food.  I have four raw books but they dont answer all my questions.  Can anyone fill me in?

Can I soak and sprout beans just like nuts?  Should I stress out over spices (for my salad dressing at lunch) or just sprinkle them in there at will?  Whats your favorite "bread" or "cracker" recipe?

Any words of wisdom you would like to pass on?

I do have a vitamix and a round sucky dehydrator.  So making things shouldnt be a problem.  I just need basic advice.

Thanks so much!!!

I don't have a dehydrator so I never make crackers or bread when doing high raw. I usually just eat a ton of fruit with a random salad or entree mixed in there. I've also never sprouted, so I can't give you any advice on that either. I love to make raw sushi, taco salad, and I eat young coconuts like it's going out of style. Green juice and green smoothies make me feel energized in the morning (I always use coconut water in these). I find that simple recipes are what keeps me going raw longer. Once I overcomplicate things, I tend to slip back into my cooked comfort foods.
