potluck jealousy, anyone down for a bay area/central coast adventure?

sooo, the new england potluck thread is driving me nuts. just testing the potention for hosting one in my neck'o'th'woods. i know of only a couple members near here, but nonetheless i am wondering wondering if anyone would be interested in a little foodie gathering? i am in santa cruz, and wouldn't mind hosting at a park here. but i would also be down to travel a little. if anyone has ideas pitch in!

Yes, the 5th is fine with me. I will be bringing my partner with me, if that's okay -- he isn't a vegwebber but he knows you all from me reading things to him out loud!

We should do a vegweb dinner while you're out here (assuming you come, that is)! I've never actually been to Millenium and I'm not opposed to trying it BUT there is a fantastic vegan/raw cafe in SF and Berkeley called Cafe Gratitude. The raw cheesecakes are enough to make you mess yourself.

ok guys, we had our amazing potluck!!! a couple people were sick and couldn't make it, but me, thisisroger, lime green, and kennedy28 (and her brother) had a riot! kennedy28 also has some pics, and mine are sub-par because... i suck.

Awesome, and congrats! My partner and I were the sickies... I managed to buy food for my ducks today and that was about it.
Next time we will join you! And if anyone wants to get together with us another time soon (when we're not so gross) just let us know!
