Whole Wheat Pie Crust

What you need: 

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons cold nondairy milk

What you do: 

1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Combine oil and milk separately.
2. Add wet mixture to the flour mix. Make into a ball and roll between two sheets of wax paper.
3. Use to fill 9" pie plate. Fill with desired pie and bake according to those directions. For a baked crust, bake at 450 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes.
I love this crust because it goes with a sweet or savory pie!
