veggie soup

What you need: 

16 ounce carton vegetable broth
8 ounce can tomato sauce
15 ounce can kidney beans
15 ounce can white beans
1 carrot
half an onion
1 stalk of celery
olive oil
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup rice

What you do: 

1. Dice the carrot, celery and onion and saute in a pot with some oil until soft. Add the tomato sauce, broth and two cans of beans.
2. Season with salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
3. Add the rice and cook until tender.
I added some sriracha to my bowl and it was perfect with it.
