Vegetarian Chiken Fried Rice

What you need: 

1 medium white onion
1 red/orange pepper
1 handful sugar snap peas
1 package frozen vegan fried rice with veggies
1 package frozen vegan chiken strips- small bite size pieces
6 teaspoons soy sauce
any other Asian veggies you like in stir fry
5-8 cloves of garlic

What you do: 

Mince onion, garlic, and chop pepper.
Cut ends off of sugar snap peas.
Coat the bottom of a fry pan or wok with olive oil. Once the oil is heated, place onion, garlic, pepper, and peas in the oil. Let cook about 5-7 minutes.
Next, place the rice, and the vegan chiken strips in the oil, with the veggies. Let cook about 15 minutes, or until the veggies are cooked, and the rice and chiken strips are thawed, and hot. Add the soy sauce in, stir, and let cook another 10 minutes. More or less soy sauce can be added, pending on your taste. Enjoy!
