Vegan Cheese Ball Spread

What you need: 

1 (6 ounce) package vegan blue cheese 4 ounces vegan cream cheese 1 teaspoon white onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped

What you do: 

1. Combine the blue cheese, cream cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Mix well. 2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. After chilling time, mix the walnuts and parsley. 3. Form the cheese mixture into a large ball. Roll around in parsley and walnuts. Serve with crackers. Um...I had no idea there was such a wonderful thing as vegan bleu cheese.  I hope I can find some!
